What I will learn?
- Core Management Principles: The program covers essential management principles and concepts, including organizational behavior, leadership theory, strategic management, operations management, and marketing management. Students will gain a solid foundation in management theory and practice, enabling them to understand the key functions of organizations and how they contribute to overall business success.
